This new, bilingual selection of Bialik's poetry combines Bialik's original Hebrew and sensitive translations by Hebrew scholar, David Aberbach. Included is an extract from In The City of Slaughter, the poem that made Bialik famous when it first appeared in 1903, as well as a number of his folk poems which have frequently been set to music.
