Building the Future in Angola

Angola, despite its tragic history, has the potential to become one of the most prosperous countries on the African continent, if it is able to effect the reconstruction and transformation of its national economy. How to actualize this potential and rise above the constraints, so as to transform Angola into a fully democratic and prosperous country, capable of making its proper contribution to the development of all of Southern Africa, is the principle question that this book seeks to address.
