Condition: Very Good. Tan cloth cover with red lettering on the front board. Corners bumped with fraying to the spine-ends. Small dent along bottom edge of the rear board. A small ballpoint letter has been written on the front board and there are a few light marks on the rear board and the ffep. 10 of the pages have small creases across the bottom corners. Essentially the book is in very good condition.
